Footings below the frost line, built to last
In northeastern Pennsylvania, if deck footings do not reach down below the frost line, the deck will move every winter. Water can get in where the deck attaches to the house, so that joint is properly planned in the design.

Yes. Our own electricians wire lighting, outlets and fans as part of the same job.
