Perez Design-Build Remodel has been remodeling homes across Lackawanna County and the rest of northeastern Pennsylvania for more than 45 years. We are a design & build firm, which means we draw your project, price it and build it — you are not managing an architect and a contractor separately.

Whether it is a kitchen, a bathroom, an addition or a whole-house renovation in Dunmore, it starts with a free in-home consultation. Ask for one and a designer will come out and look at the space.
