Before the price is set
The price is earned first
We set the price after the design is finished, after we have been to the house and looked behind the finishes, after every selection is made and the whole scope is written down.
You have a target investment range, and it moves as the project takes shape. We tell you every time it does. A range is not a guarantee, and we will never call it one.
