Program Overview: Perez is proud to announce the commencement of the Rewards Program. The Rewards Program will continue until April 1st, 2023, unless earlier terminated or extended by Perez (the “Program Termination Date”). Under the Rewards Program, Perez will present stratch-off Rewards Program Cards (each, a “Program Card”) to certain existing customers and other persons with a relationship with Perez (each, a “Recipient”). A Recipient must scratch off the Program Card to reveal the discount to be afforded under the Rewards Program pursuant to such Program Card, as further described below. A Recipient may elect to personally use the Program Card for a new project with Perez, or transfer the Program Card to a relative, colleague, neighbor, friend, or other person for such party’s use with a new project with Perez, that meets the requirements of the Rewards Program.
Promotion Details: Subject to the terms and conditions of the Rewards Program, including, without limitation, the minimum contract amounts referenced in the section titled “Limitations” below, the discount revealed on a Program Card is redeemable on products/services purchased under any new contract that the holder of the Program Card enters into with Perez on or before the Program Termination Date.
Limitations: The Program Card can be used only in connection with residential projects located within a one (1) hour drive of Perez’s offices located at 611 South State Street, Clarks Summit, Pennsylvania. A Program Card that reveals a discount in the amount of $500.00 can only be used on a project that has a total contract value (exclusive of tax and other charges) of $25,000.00 or more. A Program Card that reveals a discount in the amount of $1,000.00 can only be used on a project that has a total contract value (exclusive of tax and other charges) of $50,000.00 or more. A Program Card cannot be redeemed for cash, cannot be used on more than one project, cannot be used by more than one party, and cannot be used in connection with an existing project/contract with Perez. The discount afforded by a Program Card cannot be combined with any other offer. Perez reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject any project and/or contract for any lawful reason, regardless of the fact that the party seeking to enter into such project/contract is the holder of a Program Card. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Perez reserves the right to reject any project and/or contract: (i) with any person or entity that is in default of a payment obligation to Perez or previously defaulted in a payment obligation to Perez and/or that does represent an acceptable credit risk to Perez; (ii) due to the condition of the project location and/or as a result of the services/products to be performed/supplied in connection with such project/contract; and/or (iii) due to Perez’s schedule and/or the unavailability of the requisite products/materials to complete such project/contract. Further, Perez’s obligations under any contract it enters into with a holder of a Program Card are subject to the satisfaction of any conditions precedent identified under such contract.
Important Notes: Perez reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to amend, adjust, change or discontinue the Rewards Program or any of its terms without prior notice; provided, however, that Perez will honor the terms of the Rewards Program with respect to any project/contract that Perez enters into with the holder of a Program Card prior to any such change. A Program Card must be surrendered to Perez at the time that the holder of the Program Card enters into a contract with Perez pursuant to which the discount afforded by the Program Card will be applied. The Rewards Program is only available to holders of Program Cards. No existing customer or other party with a relationship with Perez is entitled to a Program Card, as Perez reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine which existing customers and other parties will receive the Program Cards.
