Project Description

On this home we added a very large sunroom addition that included a two story loft, closet storage, and a full bathroom complete with stand up shower. We kept the flooring a light, easy to maintain, slate pattern luxury vinyl tile and the wall colors bright and airy. In the existing home we refinished all the original hardwood floors and staircase, we also kept in place all the original built in closet cabinets and just gave them a fresh coat of paint. We updated the entire kitchen and added all new cabinets and countertops. We repurposed the beautiful large original porcelain sink and gave it a place under the window.
